Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy
Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. If UK Petroleum Co. Ltd cancels a course, the learner will be offered a full refund or transfer. Learner cancellation, transfer, missed-session and no-show treatment is stated in the booking terms supplied before payment. A live course requiring a minimum cohort will normally be confirmed no later than ten working days before delivery.
Before payment
Course-specific dates, instructor details, final price and tax treatment, access arrangements and applicable booking conditions are provided before a learner is asked to pay.
