Assessment and Certificate Policy
The standard pass mark is 80%. Live courses normally require at least 90% verified attendance. One free assessment resit is normally available. Certificates include a unique number, course title, date and guided learning hours. They are professional-development records and are not Ofqual-regulated qualifications unless expressly stated.
Before payment
Course-specific dates, instructor details, final price and tax treatment, access arrangements and applicable booking conditions are provided before a learner is asked to pay.
